We want to make it easier for users to find the music they like. We want to help users to choice the music they like. We want to allow users to listen to the songs before buying it. We want to give users an opportunity to listen to their favorite music from the places where they don't have an access to their music library.
First of all, we don't want to prevent users from buying the music. We do not allow users to use the mp3 files of any songs and do not give an access to these mp3 files. More than that, CloudTune automatically removes cached audio files periodically.
CloudTune is an excellent app that helps users to find their favorite music but we still think that if users really like some song they should buy it in a high quality.
All music files are downloaded from the VK.com social network using the OpenAPI. Downloading music is absolutely legal the way it is used in CloudTune (as it does not provide users a direct access to the audio files). Our cloud-tune.com server is used as a proxy between users and VK.com server to allow users to listen their favorite music with even low-speed connection. Music database is provided by Last.fm API.
